I’m not sure of all the information on this topic yet but this is what I have learned so far. The brands that were recalled for cats where you can call is:

1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons wheat germ
1/4 cup bran flakes
1/4 cup soy flour
1 tablespoon molasses
2 tablespoons oil — or fat
1 tablespoon kelp –or salt
1 teaspoon sage
1/2 teaspoon bone meal
1/3 cup milk –or water

2 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup Powdered Milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tbs. brown sugar
3/4 cup Vegetable Broth
1/2 cup carrots –optional 1 egg

Preheat oven to 300F. Mix all ingredients into a ball and roll out to about 1/4″ thick. Cut with bone-shaped cookie cutter, or strips, or a cutter shape of your own choice. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 30 minutes at 300F.
